Cederj (the Center for Distance Learning of the State of Rio de Janeiro) is a consortium of six public universities effectively collaborating to extend full university diploma courses to residents of underserved communities far from large urban centers in Brazil.

Founded in 1999, it is located in the state of Rio de Janeiro.
