From Researching Virtual Initiatives in Education

WikiEducator contains a very mixed and incomplete collection of resources on education. The page here collects links to pages of greater interest to those developing encyclopedias/gazetteers of e-learning.

Note that the prime purpose of WikiEducator is to facilitate the generation of Open Educational Resources (OER), not to provide an encyclopedia of e-learning across countries and projects.

Countries

Thera are 55 country pages on Wikieducator. However, the pages Countries, Mytest, OLPC (3 pages), Photo Gallery, User pages (2 pages)and WikiLatinos are not "real" country pages. Moreover, the India country page is spread across 5 pages overall. Hence there are only around 40 "real" country pages.

This is under 1/6 of the total number (circa 260) of countries in the world.
